Our Training programs are designed to enhance your physical, mental and athletic abilities to get you to perform at your optimal best. Pillar Prep (Thorasic Spine, Torso, Hips), Movement Prep and Skills, Core Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Power, Stability, Plyometric Strength and Endurance are all elements of your body that will be improved in our classes which will be both challenging and rewarding.  These classes can be used to compliment your MMA, Boxing, Wrestling, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Softball, Golf, Lacrosse, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, or any other sport. We are committed to maximizing your full athletic potential whether it's for your sport, or if you just want to get in shape, or your a top level professional, regardless of you goals we will take you to a whole new level. Our Athlete Perfromance Training Program is a proven scientific system that has built world champions and professional athletes at the highest level.  

 

We teach more than athletic performance and technical skills, it is also our goal to develop a warrior spirit within. We strive to instill a spirit of excellence in each of our athletes in which will build character, integrity, discipline, confidence, strength, commitment and fortitude. It is through our training that character will be revealed and it is through our leadership and godly influence that character will be developed.

 

 

Athlete Performance Training Program: Pro, Collegiate, High School, and Youth Athletes of all sports.

Therefore, we have created an innovative Hybrid athlete program which feature some of the best scientifically proven athletic training regimens in the world. Cross Driven Athlete Academy is going to take your athletic skills to a whole new level. Whether your goal is to compete in high school, college or Professional ranks, our focus is on Strength, Explosiveness, speed, agility, power, endurance and a warrior spirit within.

Training for Warriors (Adult Fitness)

 

Warrior Academy: 1000am, 715pm, 815pm (Monday thru Friday) You dont have to be a fighter to train like one. Our Training for Warriors adult fitness program is innovative, fun and a scientific proven system to help you burn fat, gain lean muscle and build confidence.

Cross Driven Boxing Club

 

Cross Driven Boxing Gym: 400-700pm  (Monday thru Friday)  
Boxing requires speed, agility, quickness, strength, endurance, mental alertness, reaction, intelligence and mental toughness. Therefore, we have created an innovative Hybrid boxing program that incorporates traditional regimens along with our Hybrid Performance Training System which feature some of the best scientifically proven athletic training regimens in the world. Cross Driven Boxing Gym is going to take your hand to hand combat skills to a whole new level. 

Youth Athlete Performance Program (Ages 3-12)

 

Young Warriors Academy:  (Monday & Wednesday)

Our young warriors program is an excellent way for your young ones to develop their motor skills, coordination, strength, confidence, discipline, and self-control. We strive in making a champion for life, one athlete at a time.
